Our company is a Professional window cleaning service. Our primary focus is on the service component of the business with the cleaning being the secondary component. With quality of the service experience being the priority, the residential segment is our primary niche. Our customers range from residential to national franchise restaurant/hotel chains to residential and commercial builders. We started as "the local guy" and has evolved to a regional multi-location company.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We are growing and evolving into a strong regional player. It is now time for us to market on a larger scale. Our new marketing direction demands that we create a "brand". This brand will need to be easily recognizable. The plan is to take the brand to the next level, and to go national.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Our target audience is two fold. Our target residential customer is a mid to high income family that feels that quality trumps price when making decisions. Our target commercial customer is an owner/manager that does not want to worry or think about our service, they just want it dealt with. The commonality of these two market segments is that quality, service, and professionalism is worth paying a little extra for.
WE LIKE THESE EXAMPLES:
We are currently using our name as our logo. The "E-Z" is in royal blue Lucinda handwriting font. The "Window Cleaning" is in black Garamond font. We like the use of blue or red, white, and blue in the logo.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR PIECE:
We have found that by using red vehicles, it attracts peoples attention. The logo will be used on the red vehicles and therefore must not clash.
