LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
We are an international company that is starting their U.S. branch of operations. The company has been in existence for 20 years and the current logo is tired and needs re-branding. We just changed the name of the company to WIKtronics. WIKtronics is a combination of Wichita, Kansas Electronics.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
This logo will be used for all promotional materials and also will be stamped/embossed/engraved on the products. The logo will need to be in both color and black and white. This logo will also help to form basis for the new corporate branding.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Gas and Oil manufactures, industrial builders and designers, manufacturing firms and systems builders. There are also international companies who purchase our products.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
Leaving it up to you to provide us with ideas.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
Anything that makes people associate our company with WIKI or Wikipedia.
It would be ok to place Wichita, Kansas somewhere in the body copy of the logo, but we do not want it to be part of the actual logo itself. It would be good to incorporate somewhere that this is a United States company.
Anything that you can do to make sure that WIK isn't viewed as WIKI is best.
