LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

"Survive This" is a new web-based company designed to bring together and support athletes and active individuals with life-threatening illnesses. The name of the organization is designed to express a stand-up attitude towards battling illness. This is not a feel-sorry-for-yourself world anymore. "Survive This" encourages people to take action, get an attitude on, and plan to "Survive This!" The website that this logo will support will be a membership community. "Survive This!" becomes the battle-cry for people. It's not will you survive the disease, it's will the disease survive you. The motto is "Celebrating the Power of Attitude Over Illness."

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We need a logo series with attitude, edge, hipness. We're trying to bring people together to discuss health issues, but make it attractive, loose, and active. The logo will also be used on logo-wear, and other products to help support the nonprofit works of member selected beneficiaries. This should be a logo suitable for being a fashion brand, and a trusted information imprimatur. The logo itself should be edgy and in your face. We'll allow the text and motto to soften things up as necessary. Nothing frilly.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Men and women, athletes and physically active people with life threatening diseases or disabilities who want to take an assertive role in beating their illness. Core age demographic is 35 - 55, but may include either side of this. We want these people to see our brand as representing a trusted source of information, and a fun, attitude-filled place to help share and address their health problems. There will be products offered as auxiliary fundraising on the website. Our customers and members will want to associate with our brand as a source of pride, and a hip statement.

WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

Nothing specific

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

Interested in seeing the use of the international symbol for hazardous medical waste as a a basis for the logo, or at least referenced. As here:
