What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
Ward Washington Law Firm
What is your industry?
What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
This logo should convey professional strength and quality befitting a Washington, DC law firm. It could include columns or a government building facade type look. As my firm is an environmental law firm, I'd like the colors to be blue and green to match "Earth" colors.
What logo styles do you like (image + text, image only, text only, etc.)
1.) I have another business called Sustainable Strategies DC with an existing logo. See the green and blue logo at the top of www.StrategiesDC.com. That logo has a certain font, color scheme, and look. That logo uses a big "S" to start both words in the logo. That logo uses S2 (with the 2 in superscript). I would like the "Ward Washington Law Firm" to be similar and compatible to the S2 logo. Specifically, I'd like the "W" in the logo to be used once for both "Ward" and "Washington" in that logo, and to have "W2" with "2" in superscript. I'd like similar colors and styles. But, I am not dead-set that the logo image of this project needs to look identical to the logo element in the Sustainable Strategies logo -- it could be different, but would be best if the two logos are compatible.
2.) I'd like all of the four words "Ward Washington Law Firm" in the logo, plus an image.
Do you have any other info or links you want to share?
One alternative or additional idea that would not use the column/building facade look. My grandfather was an Irishman who had a law firm named Ward. My office in Washington, DC is in the "Swamp-poodle" historic Irish section of town. Perhaps a "Ward Washington Law Firm" logo in blue and green could incorporate a 3-leaf clover into the design. I'd prefer a 3-leaf clover to a 4-leaf clover, and I don't want the clover to be over-powering to the logo. Just an idea.
