What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
We work with companies to create business cultures where their people have a sense of purpose and belonging. We empower employees to be more innovative, productive, loyal, satisfied, team-oriented, committed to their organizations, and enjoy greater levels of personal well-being, ultimately creating a workforce that improves organizational productivity, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and morale. Practically, we focus on helping a company chart its course for success and assist them in getting there. In thinking about our logo, the following words come to mind: grow, flourish, opportunity, rise, envision, strategy, advance, evolve, boost, prosper, shine, discover, activate, and execute. We'd like the logo to be crisp, clean, fresh, energetic, a balance between art and science, professional yet fun, personal/relational, light/vibrant, confident, and genuine.
What logo styles do you like (image + text, image only, text only, etc.)
Fish: They incorporate the fish in a fresh, creative way. font is clean, straightforward and colors are vibrant.
Animal Shelter: Clever way of incorporating the animals into the name. We don't care much for the rest of the logo...seems to public service/government oriented.
Jaspers: We like the handwritten "j" that seems to convey the relationship aspect of the business.
Fresh Tap Tours: clever way to use the compass to portray the trip/tour
Green Chameleon: another clever way to use the chameleon. It's not in your face, but it takes a second look to notice that it's a chameleon.
Green Labs: brain/tree hidden symbol
Do you have any other info or links you want to share?
We don't want to seem too corporate or abstract. The "carta" name could offer several possible symbols (maps, course, route, compass, direction, etc.), but not required. "Carta" also has the word "art" in it, so that could be another possible thing to play with. The logo may also include the name, but we're open to anything.
