LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
The name of the group is Virtual ALT.NET which is short for VAN. The .net part is a software framework that developer use for creating applications. From the alt.net website, ALT.NET is a self-organizing, ad-hoc community of developers bound by a desire to improve ourselves, challenge assumptions, and help each other pursue excellence in the practice of software development. Our group meeting once week online and we talk about code. It is really fun. :) We have people all over the world join us and includes some of the most passionate developer around. I'm needing a logo that I can use to start marketing more. Needs to be something I could print on t-shirts or larger banners.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
What I would like to do is a logo for one of my sites. I would also like to use this logo on t-shirts and big banners. What I was thinking for a design was something that looked like a VAN. Maybe like the A-Team van but not black, something cooler, maybe a touch of global/worldwide on the back since anybody in the world can be part of this group. I'm open to colors. The name Virtual ALT.NET could be on the side like this http://www.glassstation.ca/images/truck_.... Virtual on top and ALT.Net on a second offset a little.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
But pointing the other way.
I would want to place the logo on this page http://www.lostechies.com/ under Friends of Pablo or Partners. We would fit more into Partners If the image needs to be really small then the text could go off to the side in a cool format.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
Our website is http://www.virtualaltnet.com/. It does not have to match the current theme or colors but should be easy enough to match up to a theme.
