LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
We are a 12 year old technology integration firm that has consistently grown our revenues and reputation for great work. We work with mid-market to enterprise customers in the energy, healthcare, financial, entertainment and state/local/education markets, providing design, implementation and operational support of advanced technologies. Specifically, our practice areas include: security, mobility, datacenter and unified communications. We are introducing a cloud computing offering this quarter. We employ the best and brightest and our clients appreciate that we nail the hard stuff. Every time. We're called Troubadour because it's different than most XYZ acronym tech companies. We hire the unsung heroes of solving business probolems with technology. Clients sing our praises. People think we're cool. Something like that.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
Since the logo was created by a couple of guys that founded the company twelve years ago, and we have grown in size and capabilities, it feels like we need to see what a next generation Troubadour might look like, according to the creative community.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Mid-market to enterprise commercial (not consumer) companies and state/local agencies. Our buyer personas are younger techs to older executives and procurement folks. We try and focus on C-level executives that understand the value we bring as a partner.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
There was a design that Perkins Design did on this site for a tee shirt project we did. I loved it. My partners thought it looked like a surf board logo. It is definitely a contestant though. A real Troubadour 2.0 treatment that incorporates the current elements of who we are with a new look and feel. Liked the weathered font too, since we're all in our forties and have been doing this now for over a decade. Has to be cool. Professional. Other than that you're on your own.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
(Don't use the skull and cross bones approach we used for the tee shirt. that was for fun). Would like to see the old in the new but not required. Show me what you think the new, next generation Troubadour logo should be. Attached is the current logo.
