What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
Thomas Genshaft Cramer, LLP
What is your industry?
What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
We have offices in Aspen and Palm Beach, so envision a mark that embodies imagery of both a mountain together with a wave/water/ocean. Probably something on the more abstract side, however, that is simple with crisp and clean lines to it, along the lines of the "Mountain Logo" image that we have uploaded (but with some sort of ocean/wave element to it). A big bold colorful picture of a mountain/ocean is NOT what we are looking for as it will be too "foo foo" and not in keeping with the more conservative trappings of the legal industry. We want a small splash of color, like a thin blue line representing a wave or something, but so that it is elegant and understated. We are probably following the mantra "Less is More"....thanks!
What logo styles do you like (image + text, image only, text only, etc.)
We already have the text style & font, so just need a graphical mark to go with it.
Do you have any other info or links you want to share?
The attached TG logo is our current logo and color scheme; the mark on the left is an abstract drawing of Aspen Mountain. The attached TGC logo is a draft logo for our new firm...we like the modern look of the lowercase font (but we aren't necessarily sold on the black/blue color). The main issue is the mark, which is too generic and looks like an airline or shoe logo. We want a mark that speaks, even abstractly, to the mountains and beach resort towns we service.
