LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

There are 2.2 million people that get married each year and a big percentage of marriages up to 1.4 million per year end in divorce.

There are sites that help people plan for marriage, like the TheKnot.com. And when the time comes, BabyCenter will help them through the process of having a baby. Theres even Caring.com, which helps people plan for aging and death. But if your blissful union ends in a dissolution, there arent many places to turn on the Internet or at storefronts for help in getting through the process.

Thats why EX Connection makes so much sense. These people are confused, lonely and need to make major decisions fast. EX Connection will help them, just like TheKnot helps with marriages and BabyCenter helps with having a baby.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We need an identity/logo and it will be used on our Website, marketing materials and on signage at events.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Our primary audience are suburban white females. They've worked hard for their wealth and family. They spend conservatively and save for retirement. Some hot buttons: family, social issues, environment. Our secondary audience are wired urbanites, Both male and female ages 25-45. Hot buttons: convenience, adventure, intelligence. Audience are both "feelers and thinkers." Feelers want compromise, they internalize feelings and seek second opinions. Thinkers want expert opinions, empowerment, factual information. The reasons why they join EX Connections are: price, quality, service

features, ease of use. personal touch, customization and security. We want to give them the impression that we're professional and provide a safe environment for them to communicate, obtain information, get expert advice and access to resources.

WE LIKE THESE EXAMPLES:

We like iconic logos with a mark -- Weight Watchers, LinkedIn, Monster.com, Nutrisystem, Target, eHarmony.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR PIECE:

EX Connections. Colors we like are eggplant, orange, navy blue, golden yellow and green. Doesn't need to include all colors, but something that would appeal to primarily women, secondarily women and then men.
