LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

The Dutch Connection is a unique cooperation between 20.000 consumer, 10 companies and 1 government in The Netherlands. It is a central platform where the power of Dutch trade and industry will be combined with the creativity of Dutch top talent, to solve today and tomorrows problematical cases. The Dutch Connection will operate in cooperation with the consumer, cross-industry, in openness and transparency with direct communication and velocity.

Founding Fathers of the Dutch Connection are 4 large Dutch international successful companies which you all know (but I cant tell you the names yet).

In 2009 The Dutch Connection initiate two integral programs: The Creative Challenge and the Round Table. The Creative Challenge is a design competition for products & services on a global level (related to themes of founding fathers). It aims for refreshing brand image and reputation as well as fun and experience for all participators. During the Round Table (serial of meetings) young talent meets top management to discuss about the future of consumer engagement & connectivity. The meetings receive input through discussions on an online co-creation platform, open for everybody.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We need a powerful and unique logo for this new program.

The target audience includes CEOs in large global consumer companies as well as your direct competitors: Dutch creative top talent, in the age group 16 25 years.

For both groups the logo has to be attractive, a source of inspiration and teasing.

THE DESIGN WE NEED:

Surprise us! We are looking for you to inspire us with your creative genius.

After all, that's why we're reaching out to you. So, we don't want to be limiting here in fonts, colours or style. Wow us and please avoid the clich.

The logo may have direct references with Dutch or/ and Connection. We would like the name of the program incorporated into the design, or the name of the program may itself be the design in a fresh treatment (using accentuating fonts or capitalization techniques, but we are not requesting this specifically).

One more thing: We are going to use the logo as well in full colour as in black and white.
