What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
The Coffee Bar
What is your industry?
Food and Beverage
What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
The coffee bar is a coffee shop that will be mostly around offices and will serve corporate employees. The coffee bar will be a place where people want to come and take a break during working hours. It should communicate a cozy/non-corporate/friendly atmosphere in a corporate atmosphere. It should also communicate quality.
Customers should get a sense of familiarity when they see the logo, but they should not mistake it to other international/famous coffee shops like starbucks, carribou, or seattle's.
Everything that is related to the coffee shop will stem out of the logo (menu's, look and feel of the place, cups, napkins, etc)
What logo styles do you like (image + text, image only, text only, etc.)
image + text. We need to say "the coffee bar" in the logo.
NO - We don't like Seattle's best coffee logo because it feels like it belongs to a fastfood chain. It's too bold and straight and boring. When i see the logo, i expect the waiters inside to be serious and straight to the point, without any smile on their face.
YES - We like caribou coffee's logo on the other hand because it has a more lighthearted feel. It's a logo which is inviting and you feel like you're stepping into a cozy and friendly place. When i see this logo, i feel like the waiters inside are waiting to take my order with a smile.
