Better Block Project, LLC is a for-profit company that will work with communities to finance, purchase, and install, energy efficiency (insulation, hot water heaters, etc.) and renewable energy equipment (solar panels, solar hot water) for single-family homes.
First, we work within a town or city to build a network of homeowners that want to install energy efficient and renewable technologies. We then choose the right technologies, and oversee their installation, while lowering the costs to the buyers because of economies of scale and other efficiencies.

We are a new company, and need a distinctive logo that will be used as our primary servicemark, and on the corporate website, marketing materials, etc.
We want a logo that is simple and elegant, and tries very hard to not play on the "green" or "eco" stereotypes (e.g. trees, the color green, sunlight, etc. etc.), despite the fact that we are providing services in this space.
We are focused on the words: community, simplicity, trustworthy, sustainable, healthy
Our ideal logo will not be too cold or corporate, but at the same time, will not be overly green, environmental, etc. Simple.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Our target customers are upper-income, suburban American homeowners. People that are wealthy, educated, and aware, but lacking the time to tackle problems related to their homes.
