DESCRIBE YOUR AUDIENCE
Baseball team players (12-year-old boys), parents, coaches, and other teams and their parents.
WHAT ARE THE TOP 3 THINGS YOU WOULD LIKE TO COMMUNICATE TO YOUR AUDIENCE?
That we're a really good baseball team (we just won a regional tournament), with great spirit and teamwork. We have very dedicated coaches and parents, and the boys and their parents are like one big family.
The logo should convey a sense of teamwork, dedication, fun, and a tremendous respect for the sport and history of baseball.
In addition to the family aspect, these boys are leaders in the community, and are looked upon by kids and adults as responsible and dedicated.
Style and Concept
WHAT STYLES DO YOU LIKE?
We're pretty wide open on style, but the font and logo should convey a sense of baseball (could use a swash font; could be classic baseball block lettering).
WHAT COLORS DO YOU LIKE OR HATE?
The team colors are navy, red, and white. These colors must be used in the logo.
ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL INFO? (OPTIONAL)
The town name, Sudbury, is more important than the "warriors" element. The team participates in an Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) league. It would be good to incorporate the AAU designation in the logo (e.g., "AAU Baseball" in small type).
There are a couple of use cases for the logo: on our team web site, and on coaches shirts. So the logo should be able to fit into a compact area -- preferably with a square-ish aspect ratio.
It would be good to be able to separate a graphic element from the text. For example, we might want to put the graphic logo on the chest of a polo shirt, and the name, Sudbury Warriors, on the sleeve cuff.

Ours is the third team on the page, the 12U tournament.
