Style and Concept
What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?
The shows are actually done in a garage converted to a studio. Just like companies before us we are starting in a converted garage and pretty much no budget. So the name Streamin' Garage always invokes 1950s hot rod to me. Or 1960s garage bands and mMotown. I'd like to keep with that hot rod theme and have that incorporated somehow. Maybe in the reds and blacks and flames of that time? Chrome bumpers come to mind as well. But still keeping it professional. So it doesn't have to be dead on 1950s but should have attributes of it. We tried 1950s fonts- but they seem hard to read.
Those are my thoughts- but again- a logo doesn't have to be dead on- so maybe something totally different comes to your mind- we want to see it all!
What colors do you want to see in your logo?
Red, black yellows possibly to relate to above garage theme. but open to all ideas.
What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo?
We do want to keep it simple as its a logo so mostly primary colors make sense. The logo colors will then be part of our web site color scheme as well as banner on youtube and avatars on twitter and in banners for live performances at conventions.
Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?
Everywhere- this will be our identifier on our site which will be built around the logo color scheme as well. Avatars on twitter, facebook. Banners on youtube. Posters at conventions when we do live productions. Business cards..etc...
Do you have other info or links you want to share?
As of now I want to keep the creative open- let's see what you got and then I can add this as we go.
