Image & Text. I like the idea of creating some sort of a logo incorporating the initials of the company - SC and if there is a way to connect the back-end of the S, have it loop around and connect to the C to form a circular object, I think that may look good. But I am not stuck with this idea, so only use as a suggestion.

Nick Speyrer is founder, President, and CEO of Speyrer Consulting, LLC, a Baton Rouge based management consulting firm specializing in the analysis of organizational challenges and the development and implementation of plans for improvement.
Nick Speyrers expertise lies in outreach and engagement, organizational development and design, change management and cultural transformation, and multi-stakeholder participation in policy- and decision-making processes. He is a proven innovative professional whose exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills bring value to complex client situations. Nick applies his knowledge and expertise in dealing with large organizational transformations to a concentration of projects involving high-profile public sector clients.
Some of Nicks previous and current engagements include serving as Director of Planning, Coordination, and Outreach for The Water Institute of the Gulf and providing organizational design and development services to the Louisiana Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority.
Most recently, he advised the Louisiana Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority in the development of Louisianas 2012 Comprehensive Master Plan for a Sustainable Coast. Nick led and managed all of the outreach, public relations, community awareness, and facilitation efforts to develop the plan, while simultaneously coordinating services among several agencies, organizations and stakeholders to gain support for the plan. In addition to driving all public and political outreach services, Nick led and facilitated multi-stakeholder decision making among various stakeholder groups to identify specific issues and challenges to address in the planning process. Nicks coordinated outreach and communication efforts resulted in more than 150 presentations to civic and industry groups and 13 regional community meetings in which more than 1,500 citizens and interested parties participated. The planning process generated more than 2,200 individual comments submitted during the public comment period at meetings or online, as well as favorable attention from print, TV, radio and online media outlets across the nation.
Previously, Nick served as a Senior Consultant with SSA Consultants and Director of Reorganization for the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services where he led the largest reorganization of a state agency in the history of Louisiana, resulting in significant cost savings for the Department. Prior to joining SSA, Nick was a Senior Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers based out of their Atlanta office.
Nick graduated Summa Cum Laude from Louisiana State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He is an alumni of the Class of 2004 of Leadership LSU, a program for students preparing to leave the university and seek jobs in leadership roles in the communities where they will live and work.
In addition to his client involvement, Nick serves on the Board for Cancer Services of Greater Baton Rouge and as a parishioner at St. George Catholic Church.
