LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
SGS is a full service internet agency that offers internet marketing services. Website/app strategy, design, development, marketing, and management services.
We are in the process of a rebranding the agency with an updated and evolved identity that is more relevant and appropriate for our current status. This will eventually include new website and marketing collateral.
We have admittedly not practiced what we preach on our own current site. It is outdated, it doesnt have the dynamic content that we state is so important to our clients, and it needs to be more current.
We provide primarily small and medium sized businesses with these services we help the little guys become giant meaning we help them achieve success online.
We believe in developing client relationships that are more like partnerships. We strongly feel that if our work helps our clients do well, we do well. It is all about the results, value added, and return on the investment.
Our culture is very creative, progressive, and open. We try to shun the normal structures of traditional corporate environment that often stifle the creative process.
The centerpiece of our office is actually two things a ping pong table and a 10 foot, 10 bladed Big Ass Fan that hangs directly above it from a 25 foot ceiling, (literally, the company that makes the fan is called, Big Ass Fans). We have to keep it on low when playing ping pong though.
We like gaming, fantasy, legos, internet memes, and one of the guys in our office occasionally will wear a gorilla suit seriously.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
Logo that captures our identity and culture.
Logo should have an ICON that works with both 'Sleeping Giant Studios' and/or 'SGS'. NOTE: Prefer no text in the icon element although if it is exceptionally compelling we will consider.
Must be simple.
Must be usable on all media from websites to apparel.
Capture the abstract and/or philosophical meanings of being or becoming giant. For us, this has meant the following that occur over time (strategically/philosophically, we prefer the tortoise over the hare)
o To grow.
o To evolve.
o To rise to the challenge.
o To be successful.
o To be creative.
o To persevere.
o To transcend.
o To be awesome.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Our target audience is small to medium sized organizations and companies ($1-$500 million annually) looking for internet/web strategy, design, development, and managed services.
We want our target audience to think of SGS as being creative, purposeful, progressive, and professional as a resource/partner/guide.
Clients who are looking to establish long term partnerships based upon business objectives and results.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
Feelings of growth and strength/power.
No literal giants (big primate-like things).
No literal tortoise/hare/fairy tale theme.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
Separate ICON that works with 'Sleeping Giant Studios'.
Based on our above objectives, we are open to design possibilities.
