Do you have any other info or links you want to share?
South38 Cafe is a new chain of F&B outlets that will initially be located inside family entertainment centres. South38 is ultimately owned by Dallas38 - see logo: https://www.dropbox.com/s/2lpiyphpre2iei...
Some graphical links to this logo is possible but not mandatory.
South38 is so named as the ownership is from Melbourne, Australia, which is located at 38 degrees South on the map. The cafe will have ties to Melbourne, selling products sourced from there etc.
The target market, like any cafe, will be broad. It must appeal to adults, and be cross-culturally appealing, as the first few locations will be in Thailand, growing to other Asian centres.
An appealing logo type is Veloce Cafe at Sydney Airport: http://www.sydneyairport.com.au/shop/ret...
Preference for the word Cafe to be on a separate line.
Thank you and good luck.
