LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
My partner and I are professional magicians and perform in New Jersey. Three years ago we started our company called Wonderfun Productions. We provide magic shows, puppet shows, circus shows, illusion shows, face painting, balloon animals, and juggling for private parties and public events. We recently bought an old magic and costume shop on a main street and are in the process of cleaning it up and getting ready for a sneak peek event in December and for our grand opening in January. Our current website: www.wonderfunproductions.com
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We need a new sign to install in the light box on the store front. We would also like to have business cards that match the sign design. The sign should say "The Wonderfun Shop - magic costumes entertainment." I think we would like to avoid using "and" or "&" between costumes/entertainment so perhaps they should be more like bullet points. The light box on the store front is 10 feet by 3 feet. The sign should be easily read by people driving by and since Wonderfun is a unique word, it needs to be clearly written. We would like the sign to look magical, professional and sleek but still look like a place that is fun for kids, just not too baby-ish. The cards should match, but the layout will need to be adjusted. The face of the card should only have the info on the sign and perhaps "the wonderfunshop.com" added to it. On the back of the card, we will put our own text info.
Not sure what type of files I will actually need for these projects. Perhaps you can advise.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
We will have customers of every age. We will host magic parties for kids at the shop, but will also have a large retail magic area for beginners to professionals. Our costume rentals will be for private parties and theaters.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
We love a rich red color. Our project is more about words than art but we would like it to be very artistic. Using things like stars, moons, planets, rabbits, wands, cards, top hats, balloons, etc would be fine in moderation. (Not all of those things together I think, but you know best.) Maybe one image would be if a casino wanted to create a kids/family show. Polished but also playful.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
Remember the sign is a light box so the design will be illuminated from behind.
