LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
We are a group of entrepreneurs, non-profit entrepreneurs, and activists interested in creating a new form of carsharing that enables individuals to rent their car to others by the hour.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
Logo for a website and organization, sharemycar.org. This site will encourage people to sign up for a new form of carsharing (car rental by the hour) that saves money, reduces greenhouse gases, and eliminates cars. Our goal is to convince insurance companies that there is a market for this form of carsharing. In order to do this, we want to build a movement of people who are willing to share their cars.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Anyone who owns a car and uses the internet frequently, especially Youtube. Most likely they live in an urban area.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
City Carshare citycarshare.org -- like their logo treatment
I agree with most of the opinions on this page: http://designreviver.com/inspiration/20-...
The Breast Cancer Pink Ribbon is distinctive and iconic
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
the ".org" is important because the ".com" version of the website is owed by another organization doing carpooling in Australia. Close enough to be confusing.
A logo that is useable on web videos as well as on the web site.
