Business Info

Business Name

What is the exact name you would like in your logo?

Target Audience

What is your industry?

Describe the target audience for your logo

We are currently revamping an old website that lists aircraft for sale. Our target audience is aircraft owners, buyers, sellers and aviation enthusiasts.

What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?

We feel the name is the key to selling our site. Our new site design is much more sleek and user friendly. We would like to have the logo to portray a trustworthy site that's appealing and easy to use. Unlike similar sites, ours is free for users. They can list an unlimited number of aircraft.

Style and Concept

What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?

Ideally, we would have a logo incorporated with the text: SellMyAircraft. Wether the logo is next to the text or behind it, we're open to all creativity. Appealing font styles go a long way. The full name SellMyAircraft doesn't necessarily need to include the .com.

What colors do you want to see in your logo?

The site has a blue color theme that also incorporates red, orange and gray... See the picture attached. The new logo will not have a slogan with it. So please do not include slogans.

What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo?

A color pallet that matches the current look will be required. We're not looking to redesign our site around new colors.

Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?

This logo will be used on the website and promotional items.

Do you have other info or links you want to share?

We tend to enjoy logos that do not necessarily suggest or associate the product with them. Take the new Starbucks logo for example... I wouldn't normally associate a mermaid with coffee, but because they have done such a great job with their marketing, it's much more memorable to people than a text only logo or a cup of coffee logo.

In other words an airplane flying around our text is way too generic for my taste. Be creative.
