LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

We're "SalvageLink" - a solutions company that streamlines the many interactions involved in disposing of a car following an accident in which the car is totaled. SlavageLink does so quickly and easily - and entirely over the web. In short, we shorten "crash to cash". This process replaces a lot of traditional mail and paper with web-based processes (think electronic signatures).

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We need a logo that will form the basis of the overall graphics treatment of our website (not yet commissioned but which will be), stationary, marketing. We want something clean, that implies a new and different way of thinking about this process. This process replaces a lot of traditional mail and paper that surround the claim process. Think electronic signatures, flow, automation. At it's root, of course, it's about the cars- even though the vehicle is a currently wrecked auto. (which we don't want to depict).

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

The company is both b-to-b and b-to-c - so the logo needs to be persuasive to consumers eager to collect their settlement, as well as more "traditional" finance/insurance company organizations.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

This is about vehicles and salvage, but we don't want wrecked cars in our logo. Flow around or in a vehicle shape might work.
