Tell us what you need
What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
Rob & Natalie
What is your industry?
What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
1. I would like to communicate that the logo is announcing the unity of Rob & Natalie in marriage.
2. I would like to communicate a smart, clever and simple design. Something the feels timeless and vintage.
3. I'd like some possible additional graphic elements that can be used with the logo design.
4. I would like two typefaces identified that work work in unison with the logo. One for headlines and one for body copy. The headline font can be the same font used in the logo (or starting font altered from the logo).
What logo styles do you like (image + text, image only, text only, etc.)
I like image and text style logos. For this project, I like the idea of an old ink texture on the logo, something a little bit rustic without having that cheap digital-rustic feel.

This is going to be the branding used for our wedding invitations and print collateral that we're going to use throughout the wedding. We're looking for some sort of branding with both of our names (Rob & Natalie). And can possible incorporate the wedding date into the logo as well - September 27th, 2015. We like that old, classic, worn style. But simple and smart too.
Attached is a folder of inspiration, here's notes on what we liked in each of the pieces...
Inspiration #1: I like the overall aesthetic of this design. Simple and clean, but still not just a typeface. I like the subtle additional elements in the logo. I like the simple old print texture feel that the design has.
Inspiration #2: I like the cleverness of this design and how the different typefaces work together. There's probably too many varying typefaces used in this one design, but that old, rustic, simple feel of the design is great.
Inspiration #3: I like the cleverness and simplicity of this design. The logo for this is super simple, but has a great overall message (the venn diagram). Want to try and stay away from the graphs that are on the invite. The old print texture feel that this design has is great.
Inspiration #4: I like the cleverness and simplicity of this design. Very strong message but not too intricate of a design.
Inspiration #5: I like the cleverness and simplicity of this design. Simple, clean and classic typeface with a clever idea with the balloon.
Inspiration #6: The overall design is probably too busy, but the typefaces and textural feel of this is great. The rustic, classic feel of the typeface works really well for me.
Inspiration #7: I like the cleverness of this design. It's simple, not too busy, and has a strong typeface.
Inspiration #8: I like the cleverness and simplicity of this design.
Inspiration #9: The rustic feel of this design is great. It's simple, but still a strong design. Probably a little too type heavy for my liking, but a great direction.
Inspiration #10: I like the classic and rustic feel of this design.
Also attached are the wedding colors. The idea is to have a white or offwhite base to the design and then work one or two of the colors into the logo. Does NOT need to include all of the colors, these are just the colors that will be worked into the rest of the ceremony (flowers, table settings, etc). So I wanted to include this so you can pull from there.
