LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
Jill's List will be the most complete list of medical practitioners offering "alternative" or non-traditional services to patients in the USA. Think of this site as a WebMD meets Yelp for alternative practices and practitioners.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
Our current logo needs a fresh look but we don't want to change it completely.
The original design is too "web 2.0" and the font looks too much like "bubble-gum". Ideally we would like to keep the original design of the people interlaced and connected to each other. We're looking for ideas for how to make the same design more attractive. Submissions should suggest new treatments of the logo and font. We're open to new color palettes and orientations but we do want to keep the "hand holding people" element.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Our audience is made up of three core groups. The first is the patient that is searching online for alternative medical practitioners; the second is the practitioners themselves; and the third group are the institutions and practices that provide the physical locations for these practitioners to work from (hospitals, clinics, etc.). We want to give them an impression of professionalism while remaining modern and youthful.
WE LIKE THESE EXAMPLES:
www.jillslist.com is where the current logo is hosted.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR PIECE:
The original "hand holding people" element must be maintained in all submissions.
