What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
It needs to target a manly audience (electrical supply distribution clientele), with a Native American (American Indian) owned business theme/feeling, and also understand that this will be a woman owned business. I don't want anything too feminine, because our target client is a mostly male environment.
What logo styles do you like (image + text, image only, text only, etc.)
Was thinking about something with the "R" or the "db" in Redbird might be something you can work with. Colors are flexible but I was thinking something dark red or orange with a black background. Again, colors are very flexible, but again, keep in mind the target is a male audience (so no pink)
Do you have any other info or links you want to share?
This is a woman owned, native american owned business that will be targeting the construction field. It might seem contradictory but woman owned businesses in this niche is uncommon and very much needed when dealing with large clients that are required to specifically cater to woman owned and minority owned businesses. We want to target the clients that need to find woman/minority owned businesses while offering the same service and expectation as their typical vendors. We will have the logo on quotations, business cards, our website, but we are NOT in the business of needing to market to the masses (i.e. commercials, magazines, etc). We want something edgy and rugged, but also gender neutral.
