Creative Brief

Who are you?

We are an established womenswear and accessory brand with our own shops and also wholesale business that supply independent retailers in the UK and Europe.

What do you need?

FUNKROCK started out as a street fashion/t-shirt company and at the time the name suited the products well, however the real growth of the business has come from dresses, tunics and tops.
We created a sister brand called LOVESTRUCK to cater specifically for the more successful dressy side of the business that continues to grow and now we would like to push this brand with a logo overhaul to reflect our changing products and customer base.

The LOVESTRUCK logo will mainly be used in the neck labels of the garments and attached swing tags but also it could be used in the re-branding of the retail website. It should be unique,cute and feminine, be easily visible and recognisable-even in small format without being too complicated .

We hope that the creative's who are interested in this project should be able to recognise from our website the kind of customer we target and understand the brief.

We would also consider a multiple award for the creative who could make FUNKROCK somehow look more appetising as a female brand even by breaking up the name.

Who Is Your Audience?

We target 15-30 year old women who want cute, funky and feminine non-mainstream fashion and accessories at a very reasonable price.

We are open minded about the design and would welcome any suggestions which could possibly include Kawaii style characters or similar as well as just font.

We Absolutely Must Have

The name LOVESTRUCK in the logo either as one word or two.
