LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
We are a Indiana based property management company specializing in the turning around of distressed properties. We have homes and apartments, but concentrate mainly on apartment complexes. We identify the issue with the property and resolve the issue through good management. The property goes through a changing period and is transformed into a performing property.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We want a logo that will define us as a company. The logo will be used for all advertising and written correspondence. We will also use the logo on office clothing apparel, company vehicles, website and all tenant contacts.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
We want to attract new tenants and we also want to keep the good tenants that we have. Our buildings and complexes are in working class neighborhoods. Our tenant base seems to be hard working, single income blue collar workers. We have both families and single tenants, but would like to attact more families. We have both English speaking and Spanish speaking tenants, and currently are marketing towards the spanish speaking community.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
We like clean lines and designs. We like two styles. First a style that is bold and modern with cool crisp colors. We also like an older renaissancy style with warm muted colors. We want the logo to have a since of authority and professionalism.
If we use an older renaissancy script, we do not want it to be busy or with lots of details. We like simplicity.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
Nothing fussy or busy looking. No pastel colors or bright colors.
