We are a business group that supports a globally recognized automotive company. Our business group analyses dealer operations with a view to determining operating improvements across all areas and most importantly, developing a web based Dealer Management system (see below for explanation) that provides very tangible benefits for both dealers and the car company alike. Its core advantages lie in the use of extensive process reviews used to establish ideal operations and automated functionality. The extensive use of system interfaces is unique in order to minimse data loading, duplication & error

By being backed by an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), we have extensive support and resources available to ensure continual revision and upgrading of this system consistent with market dynamics

Our sole purpose is to develop an electronic Dealer Management System (ie DMS) that is innovative in its functionality, carries distinct advantages that cannot be replicated in the market, and is heavily backed to ensure constant development and enhancement in keeping with both changing product and market dynamics. Currently DMS has a poor reputation for ongoing support and this is an area that we are focused on being a point of differentiation in the market

Dealership Management System

A Dealership Management System (DMS/Dealer Management System) is a software application which provides management tools to car dealerships. It is a fundamental part of running the business

Management includes all aspects of running a dealership such as:

Tracking vehicle inventory

Tracking / managing vehicle sales

Tracking / managing vehicle servicing operations

Tracking / managing vehicle parts sales

Tracking customers (and customer follow up)

Accounting & Administration

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

Our requirements are several fold

(i) create a distinctive name for the DMS system that reflects the products capabilities & uniqueness & will be readily recognized & seen as a premium product, delivered in a more customer oriented / intelligent manner.

(ii) create a logo that equally represents innovation and premium product

We need our product to stand out in the crowd

(iii) create Powerpoint slide template (title and content master slides) and a customised font that follows this theme.

We want a design that is crisp and fresh. Professional, but not conservative. We want to give the impression that we are focussed and energetic in helping our customers and at the leading edge with our product,

The name can incorporate the company name (Toyota) but it is not a must. A fresh approach and outside the square thinking is encouraged. We want to STAND OUT from the rest of the business. We will be noticed and valued.
