LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
This is for a new carryout venture of an existing restaurant that's been around for over 60 years. We are known for great quality food including pizza, outstanding customer service, and serving all types of clients from baby boomers, young families, students and all walks of life.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
A logo for a pizza/Italian carryout restaurant. Mostly delivery and carryout, but there will be some limited seating.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
All types, all ages, demographics and incomes. We don't want to discriminate against anyone. Chicago is a diverse city, and we're looking to go in multiple neighborhoods, all with different backgrounds.
WE LIKE THESE EXAMPLES:
Think 1920's - small checkered black and white tiles on the floors, with an ornate tile border. Maybe subway tiles on the walls in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. Windows have handwritten words drawn saying what type of food we have. The font has a thick stroke around it, since it's painted on the wall/window. Rich brown wood chairs and benches, with ornate wallpaper that has brick or burgundy red with gold. Think of the decadence of the 1920's, and something you'd see in Little Italy in New York City - something that's been around for a long time. A lot of history, with the walls having black & white photos of Chicago from the 1920's to 1930's. Ornate tin ceiling. Something that looks like it's a one-of-a-kind place, and not a cookie cutter that's going to be replaced.

We are not looking at traditional 1950's red & white checkerboard tablecloth with green. We want more vintage, think Al Capone, Gangster, gold/brass trimmings, rich dark wood, and red/gold on the walls.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR PIECE:
Pete's Pizza
