1.) Important keywords: Protection, "Friendly-corporate" feel; established feel; Experts; big business look and feel; knowledgeable; Patient Advocacy
2.) Type treatment as well as a bug.
3.) Things to avoid: Caduceus and other over-used medical imagery.
4.) Color Palette: dark. (Blues, grays etc.) No warm colors.
