OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
We sell our service to service provider (someone selling a product, a service, or any individual / company marketing something online or offline, with at least an online presence). It can be used by non-profit organization, individual online marketers, or bigger companies who sell tens of services.
The brand will be seen by most of non paying users: the end user who will submit their feedback and suggestions. It needs to be of high appeal to them and show the simplicity, user friendly and warm experience
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
We need to show openess, transparency, trust (both for service provider and end user). It needs to be clear, web20 like, and nothing too fancy or flashy. Feedback and HQ could be stylised for maximum impact and to show their respective role and value.
