ONTHEJOB Strength & Conditioning
What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
What is your industry?
Fitness, Strength & Conditioning Program
Describe the target audience for your logo
We are an elite fitness program specifically for Police & Fire. Our target audience are police officers and firefighters that desire to be in the best shape of their life by participating in an elite team like training environment.
What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
1)We want to something in the logo to represent each group(police & fire)
2)We want the ONTHEJOB name included - and only include strength & conditioning if it works or does not clutter the image/logo.
3) We are interested in a badge/shield type concept that included the city of our first location. (Philadelphia)
Style and Concept
What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?
Image with text. Our original idea or awe re leaning toward a shield or badge that included ONTHEJOB as well as the other elements mentioned above. But we are open to any image that represents the police and fire and says ONTHEJOB. If you do submit a badge/ shield like idea, please be sure it is not only symbolic of just police or just fire. It needs to be a combo of typical crests of both or a new creation. We don't want one group to get offended by making it too one way or the other.
What colors do you want to see in your logo?
I think we are open to anything in different shades of blues, greys, or black. It could even be a badge color(gold/ brass like), as long as it wasn't simply a cop badge. Both groups must be represented. We are open to texture and effects, shine or gloss, or flat. Whatever it is, when you look at it, the logo should generally give the feel of police and fire organizations.
What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo?
girly, soft colors. It is a hardcore fraternity of elite training for police and fire so stick to colors that get that theme across.
Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?
Primarily the website, but it will also get included in some print promotional materials.
Do you have other info or links you want to share?
We don't want it to have too much going on.
-Name, Fire Dept representation, Police Dept representation, and Location or local chapter designation(Philadelphia).
-Beside those elements we are open to anything but as of now we think we prefer the badge idea, but we are doing this to lean on the creativity of those that participate. We are also open to just the ONTHEJOB name creatively integrated with some other components.
-We are trying to create a crest or logo to represent a group, much like these type organizations would have.
-It could even be an image/ shield/ or badge that goes in front of the ONTHEJOB name. Fitness or strength & conditioning can be included but only if it does not clutter or is not typical and corny. We want Bad Ass and powerful either within the badge/ shield idea or instead of it.
-If it is an image to go before the name ONTHEJOB, then obviously ONTHEJOB does not need to be in the image/ logo. We would want bold powerful type fonts.
