Describe the target audience for your logo

What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?

Style and Concept
What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?
Id like a design, thats working on black as well on white as well in a monochromatic version. Today Im only working with a kind of typographic logo (attached) which Id like to see enhanced by a colourful, more or less abstract element (may be with three or four shades of one colour, combinations of clours with a sunny yellow (like green, yellow, blue / red, orange, yellow) or even rainbow-colours. The modifications should not break the format (about 8:3) completely no picasa-like aperture stuff, but may be something with lensflares?!?
But Id also definitely like to encourage you to come up with something completely different! If you plan to enter more than one design, I would appreciate one based on the above and one from scratch :) based on YOUR creative potential and abilities!!!
What colors do you want to see in your logo?
May be three or four shades of one colour, combinations of colours with a sunny yellow (like green, yellow, blue / red, orange, yellow) or even rainbow-colours.
What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo?
neon colours. brown.
Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?
website, print, monochromatic on photos.
Do you have other info or links you want to share?
A camera, lens or aperture only if its highly abstracted (but than its fine) and no 'comic sans' pls ;) but you are designers.. no need to mention right?
