LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
We are a new green building company with an innovative material that allows us to build incredibly energy efficient homes. The material we use is a panel system called IglooPanels (ONE WORD). The panels keep the home insulated like an ice chest or thermos therefore requiring much less energy to heat or cool.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We are looking for a logo to represent our brand. It must effectively convey our environmental commitment, the IglooPanel concept yet be warm and inviting to a potential home buyer. An image of the logo is actually impressed upon the panels, so the design should keep this in mind. It must be clear and readable as a small embossed image.
The idea of the igloo is to convey the concept of the material that is used and the ability to highly insulate with a consistent temperature.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Our audience is home buyers between the ages of 25-55+. We also market to builders and other industry suppliers who can be trained to build with and sell our product lines.
WE LIKE THESE EXAMPLES:
We like the current logo, but the igloo concept is not coming across clearly-- hard to interpret-- however living in an igloo is not very appealing to most people, so there lies the creative challenge.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR PIECE:
The logo will be impressed on the panels and must be readable as an embossed image. We also like our current tag line: "The coolest way to go green" as we feel this very succinctly conveys our value proposition.
