LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
I'm a CPA just starting my own financial planning business. It's very organic, growing out of my passion for helping people gain more control over their finances. I bought my domain name - Incremental Financial - a year ago and it's time to make this thing real! I'm happy that I nabbed that name because it speaks to who I am as a person and as a professional. Bruce Springsteen wrote, "From small things mama, big things one day come." I have helped friends experience significant changes by taking small but steady steps towards greater financial security.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
I am looking for a logo for my Web site and business cards. Maybe I'll expand to stationary. But right now I have nothing to hand people when they ask what I'm doing. Momentum is building and I need to keep up.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
My target audience are individuals and small businesses who are looking for a trustworthy financial professional to help them become more aware of their current financial condition, so that they can:
1. Manage current cash flow and debt
2. Project their future cash needs
3. Grow their savings
I want to help people own their dreams by starting with reality. Many financial firms focus on goals first. Most friends I've helped have had plenty of dreams and goals, but they didn't know exactly how to get there from where they were.
WE LIKE THESE EXAMPLES:
I will be diligent about providing feedback, but I would rather let my design preferences (see below) be the starting point. Please let me know if this is sufficient to start. Thanks!
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR PIECE:
Incremental Financial is my company name. It will be an LLC. I think the name would have more impact without the LLC, but perhaps I could see it both ways to more easily make that decision.
I want to convey the following in my logo:
I like simple, elegant abstract designs that convey concepts artfully. I think a two-color logo would be good, and I like the idea of earth and/or water tones. I'd like to see power and strength in the design, and yet some "comfort" in it too, if that makes sense.
