Rasmus Real Estate Group is the largest Real Estate Owned/Foreclosure agency in Georgia. The Rasmus Team is personally experienced in all phases of real estate; specifically bank owned properties, from acquisition to disposition. With our high number of experienced and knowledgeable associates, Rasmus is able to handle all categories of Real Estate Owned properties: residential homes, commercial buildings, undeveloped land, whatever the asset, we can handle it. Rasmus lists properties all over the Atlanta Metropolitan area, covering nearly three hundred zip codes, two hundred cities and thirty-one different counties.
Describe the target audience for your logo
The target audience is interested buyers, banks, agents/brokers within Georgia. However, in the companys future plan, the target audience will include a more international demographic within the U.S. Therefore, the desired logo should be able to deliver its meaning across cultures.
What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
The changes made to the current logo should give the logo a creative and modern. However, when our old customers see the new logo, they should be able to recognize us.
The modified logo should make the company look trust worthy and professional.
The logo should contain a symbol that can indicate which industry we are in and what we do, as well as our company name.
Style and Concept
What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?
We would like to have both text and image in our logo. However, if we pick out and use the image, we would like it to be effective and impressive as the whole logo. We prefer the style to be simple but modern and sleek and also timeless. It needs to convey a high-tech feel. But if you offer a better design and ideas to us, we are definitely going to consider it. Therefore, dont be limited by our project description.
What colors do you want to see in your logo?
Open to designers. However we have a lot of blue in our other websites and on our signs. See logo...

Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?
Company website, social media (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Blog, etc), all kinds of prints.
Do you have other info or links you want to share?
We have attached our current logo, which was creative by a staff a long time ago. As the company grew and our ambition grew, we would like a better logo to fit us.
* We want to transition from not only doing residential real estate, but commercial real estate as well. So, the logo should appeal to both of general audiences and commercial business.
