LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
I m a social media consultant by day. Im 38 years old, married, have a 20 month old son and another kid on the way.
My husband and I have huge, tight-knit extended family. We always seem to be hosting guests for a week at a time of an impromtive party for 35 guests. My family owns a historic restaurant downtown Minneapolis so I have an eye for detail and elegance. Im also a bargain shopper and would like to pass on these tips.
Im happiest when my home is full of family, good food and a comfortable/elegant setting.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
Logo thay may or may not include the name "Minneapolis Hostess"
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Im targeting the casually-fabulous hostess in Minneapolis-- generation x and younger. We were the latchkey kids and missed the whole time-in-the-kitchen-with-mom. Im here to fill in the gap and give some tips, shortcuts. Most importantly, I aim to give the confidence to be a fabulous and gracious hostess while remaining calm and seeming effortless.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
humm, I'm picturing a watercolor looking table setting. A red plate, yeoow or orange napkin with purple flowers. I'm not a designer so I'm not stuck on this image it's just the first thing I'm thinking of.
The words, professional, elegant but comfortable come to mind.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
Jewel Tones: Reds, yellow, orange, yellow, purple. You don't need to use all of these but please stick with this color scheme.
