LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
Maji Sports is a new company that will design Performance sports equipment, clothing, accessories and water bottles primarily for the Yoga market. Maji Sports will not be bound by the limitation of yoga TRADITION, but will look to reinvent traditional yoga equipments. People that practice yoga today come from different backgrounds, runners, cyclists, tri-athletes, average joe etc. These are people that are not traditional Yogis and will be open to new interpretation of new yoga products.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
I need a logo that will be used on stationery, product packaging, clothing, website, magazine advertising, brochures, flyers. We would like the logo to reflect performance and innovation and not Traditional Yoga. We want to build a brand that can be extended onto other sports categories.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Target audience is the broader athletes that practice yoga as part of their routine to stay healthy, which includes other sports. Our target audiences are not YOGIS, super hardcore fan of yoga and yoga is all they do. Our target audience age group will be 16 to 55+, but want our logo to appeal to the 20-35 age group. We want our innovations and redesign of traditional yoga equipment and clothing to be appreciated by the non-typical practitioner of yoga. We understand that innovation is always difficult to be accepted in a sport steeped in tradition and a sport that has ancient roots, but with good products that are based on research and that are developed with collaboration with doctors and physical therapists we think we can appeal to our audience.
WE LIKE THESE EXAMPLES:
We like simple logo with a splash of color. We would like a play on the "j" and "i" in the name. But open to ideas.
