Tell us what you need
What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
What is your industry?
What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
Trust, memorable (think geico, a lizard now represents 15% savings on insurance), easy but professional
What logo styles do you like (image + text, image only, text only, etc.)
Mascot + text
We like MailChimp -http://i41.tinypic.com/3093bd2.jpg
We like the illustration of this one (obviously the actual mascot has no similarities to the mascot we desire. But it does show the creativity we like) http://i39.tinypic.com/2hpuekm.jpg
Vector guy - even a vector like this could work -http://www.antsmagazine.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/mascot-illu.jpg
SIlverback - http://silverback.s3.amazonaws.com/image...
Again we are not looking for a gorilla, but the creativity and the style we do love.
Do you have any other info or links you want to share?
We are open to any ideas and creativity... however our original idea was a man (mr - makes sense huh?) - from there we want something he is doing, or holding that exemplifies our brand. We are a service that helps sellers communicate with their buyers in the proactive purpose of preventing negative feedback.
What we do saves the sellers tons of time, it is automated so the tool (or should we say MRFeedback) does the work for them so they can sleep.
We are primarily looking for creativity, something that will stick in the mind of the user but doesn't look cheesy or stupid. A fun logo may work too for instance look at read twit (note the actual logo/design for read twit has nothing to do with what we want. It just expresses a really unique and fun idea.
Attached image is our proof for the home page... it shows our current logo which is simply text.
