LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

We are www.thekey.com, project marketers. We represent developers marketing and selling multi-family condo buildings. We work for only the best developers, some big, some small. This particular project is from a small developer who has defied standards to build the greenest condo building in Canada. It's literally the shining example of how friendly to the community and the environment housing can be.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

The logo we need is for their next development. It's a small 22 home building in an area called Commericial Drive. Commercial Drive www.thedrive.ca is the coolest and most colorful neighbourhood in Vancouver. It is the most multi-cultural part of the city and home to a diverse group of people including free thinkers, same sex couples, young singles, young families, old hippies, etc.

The project is called "Local".

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Same sex couples from thirties to sixites, thirty-something singles and hetero couples. They are creative, open thinkers that can afford and will pay more for a sustainable, low-impact condo that looks really nice and offers high end finishings. They walk to buy groceries and bring their own bags. They buy organic. They ride bikes and take transit. A couple would likely share a car. They're into naturopathic medicine, small business, sustainability, watching movies, going for walks, likely have a dog, active in their community, etc.

The same sex couples are mostly women and the key decision makers in the hetero couples are the women. That said it can't be too girly girl looking.

WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

The name "Local" to work on it's own as well as with the following 'taglines'

Buy Local. Local with a subline 'on The Drive'. Local with website details 'www.'TBD...
