LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
jasmere.com is an online social shopping experience, helping users discover and share unique web stores.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We will use the logo as our basis for building a brand identity. It will be the anchor of our website and prominent on all collateral materials. The "look and feel" that you create will be reflected throughout the website, as executed by our technical staff. Ideally the artwork would be square(ish) in form, so it could fit well into a facebook thumbnail. The name should be big enough so that would be legible even in this form.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
We are targeting "women 30-45 who care about style and enjoy discovering new brands and products, then spreading the word". The logo should be upscale. It should be feminine but not girly. It should include the word jasmere (lower case "j") but not the ".com". Could be stylized text, or could include a logo/picture. A winning "picture" would not just be pretty, but also evoke something about the brand, including any (but probably not all) of these elements: upscale, discoveries, online experience, the joy of shopping, making a new find, sharing with girlfriends. It need not be "explicit" (a drawing of a shopping bag isn't want we're looking for) but should create an imagery, feeling, etc.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
Please see the attached photos.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
We would like to keep this a 2 color design, but would be open to a 3 color as well. Please do not include the ".com" in the logo.
