LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
Rent.FM is a search engine for potential renters to find available apartments and houses for rent in the "FM Area." The FM stands for Fargo-Moorhead (Fargo, ND/Moorhead, MN). Rent.FM provides web services to property managers: a simple interface for listing available apartments in our search engine, hosting content and photos, and tools for embedding content on their own website.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We need a logo for our website and business cards. We do not currently have a logo of any kind. The website is not active yet, but you can find the prototype/demo at:
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
The target audience is really anyone who rents their home. The main target is people in their 20's because of the large number of college students living in the area.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
Clean designs. I hate to use the term "Web 2.0" but it seems to describe a clean, bold look. Something that has a splash of color to make it pop, but also looks good as black and white.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
Rent.FM should appear with a capital "R", lowercase "ent" and capitalized "FM". The FM is meaningful to the Fargo-Moorhead metro area, so you may want to give it some attention in the design. I picture a stylized house of some kind even though it seems cliche, but I'm not the creative one, so it is not a requirement as long as the logo reflects an apartment/house rental search engine. The logo should also fit in with the colors on the demo page, but it doesn't have to be limited to blue even though the webpage design is:
