LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
Apex Real Estate Investments, LLC is in the business of aquiring, renovating, and re-selling real estate for investment at substantial profit to our investors.
We are a relatively young firm, which has established itself over the past few years locally (SF Bay Area). We are on an aggressive path for growth and wish to upgrade our logo and branding to match our ever more sophisticated endeavors and clientele.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
An updated/new LOGO (and logotype).
We will be inclined to work with the winning designer on future projects, such as an updated stationary suite, PowerPoint template/design, and an interactive web site (to be developed).
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
High net worth individual investors and/or their financial advisors.
WE LIKE THESE EXAMPLES:
Simple, clean, modern, classy, sophisticated, almost institutional... but younger, possibly more "fun" than traditional real estate investment or financial branding.
We are very open to designer's creativity and suggestions.
This said, we are partial to the "business colors" of "banker's blue" (+/- Pantone 541), with rich-grey or silver accent, and black text (as a three-color scheme) to be well-placed in "lots of white space".
We have attached the logo we had professionally designed for one of our sister firms (Cirius Homes, LLC) (see link below). We like this "look", and as you can see by our current/outdated logo (see link below) we are partial to "stacked" logo/text combos and envision "APEX" below the logo button.
But again we are "open" to suggestions...
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR PIECE:
Our name "APEX"...
Which we believe will likely look best incorporate into the logo in all-caps, san serif (simple, clean, modern) text. The words "Real Estate Investments, LLC" in our name don't need to be incorporated within the logo itself.
