Sculpt Personal Fitness
Starting a new personal training gym. Based around resistance training using weights. High intensity work out. Each sessions is only 30mins long. The gym also provides diet guidance. The gym is a luxury product, $200 per month. The aim of the gym is to sculpt customers shape, loose weight and feel better overall. Based around training a minimum of 3 times a week, becomes part of someones daily routine.
The gym is based around two key elements. Firstly the training, which is high intensity weight resistance training with some high intensity cardio and core work. Each customer is supervised, advised and encouraged during each session by a trained fitness professional. Each customers training plan is built around the customers specific goals and aims. Each session is 30mins long and customers are encouraged to train a minimum of three times a week. The second element of the gym is managing the customers diet. Fitness and diet go hand in hand. Training alone will not allow someone to reach his or her goals with regard to fitness and body shape. Diet is a very important element. The aim of the gym is to structure each customers diet so that they can achieve their goals.
This gym type is different from your traditional gym. It concentrates on high intensity client/instructor sessions. It is built around weight and resistance lifting using every muscle group of the body. The fitness machines within the gym will all be geared toward weight lifting, whether that is to tone your back, chest, arms, legs etc. There will be no cardio training machines like thread mills or bikes for example like in your traditional gym.
The fitness instructors will interact daily with clients, they will know all their customers by their first names unlike your traditional gym. Over time they will build very strong customer relationships. Unlike in a traditional gym, members will be monitored. Every two weeks for example members body measurements will be taken. Goals will be set and members will be pushed to meet their goals. The aim of this structure is to keep members interested, to show them in black and white the results of their work and training. This in turn helps to retain customers, keeps them coming back every week.
