LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
Vallarta 399, or V399 as it will be called, is a new condominium development project in Puerto Vallarta's, Zona Romantica neighborhood. This project will be combining contemporary/modern design and architecture, with hacienda and spanish style accents. The logo needs to capture both of these design and architectural themes and combine them. Just FYI, when we say "modern" we do NOT mean cold and sterile - none of that spaceship style "contemporary". It's a more subtle contemporary.
The images attached are architectural renderings of the building and of a unit interior. Should help with some guidance.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We need one logo designed that will be used on the development's website, on business cards, and other marketing collateral (as the sales team sees fit).
While the name of the development is: Vallarta 399; the LOGO should be some form of: V399
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Buyers of the units at V399 will be singles and couples. Not families. Likely, younger professionals that are buying second/vacation homes.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
Some initial thoughts and ideas we had for the logo were:
Distinguishing the "V" from the "399" within the logo. Not all four caricatures need be the same, design wise.
We like the color combination's often seen in Spanish tiles. (Though avoid the bright and bold of 1980's!!)
Wrought Iron is a Spanish design staple, and will be throughout the finished building. Maybe a tie-in.
