Hindin Solutions Ltd
What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
What is your industry?
Call center management software
Describe the target audience for your logo
Call center managers: Have operational, training and quality responsibilities, up to 500 staff (but as few as 10), will be qualified professionals, probably American, 35+ male or female, well educated. Their problems will be business problems - "how do I get my team to give a consistent answer?" "how do I train new staff (and I have a lot of new staff all the time) efficiently?" "how do I reduce the amount of paper in the call center?" "how do I reduce the amount of time spent on each call while ensuring the best possible call outcome?"
What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
Fresh - youthful as opposed to staid
Trustworthy - we understand the call center business and the problems that arise in that business, and we have a tested solution
Efficient - simple to use, not an "IT" product, quick to see changes and results
Style and Concept
What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?
Need to include "Answer Path", require an image also.
Byline: "Give the right answer - every time"
What colors do you want to see in your logo?
Open to suggestions, nothing primary nor straight black.
What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo?
Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?
Do you have other info or links you want to share?
The name Answer Path describes a product that produces scripts that enable call center operators to ask a question, note the answer and be prompted with another question. This provides a pathway to a correct answer.
This means there is almost a "tree" with a simple question leading off in what could be many different pathways - but still ending up at the correct answer.
So this means there is not just one pathway but there is one correct answer.
A visual metaphor such as a tree or a branch structure could be of use while maintaining simplicity of use and the concept of one true answer.
We don't want something that looks religious or "self-help".
Appearance should be clean, crisp and as simple as possible.
