LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
We are creating an iPhone application that allows businesses to create custom loyalty programs and deliver them directly to your mobile phone. Our virtual loyalty cards are far more interactive than a piece of paper, allowing different kinds of promotions and enabling two-way communication. It's about customers feeling more closely connected to the places they care about.
We're calling this iPhone app "Stamp," since, when you go to a store, your iPhone gets virtually 'stamped' at the point of sale to earn points and redeem awards.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We are looking for a few things, all with the same look and feel: 1) a logo for Stamp to be seen on the intro page to our application that can also be shown in our 300dpi marketing materials, at signs at the point of sale, on business cards and on our website 2) a square-shaped 57x57 pixel variation (no type) of the Stamp logo for our iPhone App Store icon (png), and 3) a 512x512 pixel iTunes icon (jpeg). Use vector graphics, preferably delivered in Adobe Illustrator.
We want something unique. Be creative; take a risk. We're looking for art, something memorable, maybe even a little quirky. Use multiple bright colors. Make it POP out from a page. Imagine it printed on a bright sign near a cash register.
Try to convey any of the following: 1) the happy emotions of being connected to places you care about (like looking at a visa stamp on your passport!), 2) witty two-way conversation, 3) loyalty / return business, 4) physically stamping something.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Customers of local businesses (coffee shops, pizza places, convenience stores) as well as the local business owners themselves. The logo should appeal to a general audience, but customers will be skewed to a younger demographic in more urban settings, consistent with smartphone user demographics.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
Logos with bright colors and bold strokes. We like the intro page for the iPhone application twitterrific, but dont let this one idea limit your creativity, as we like many other styles as well. Should be happy, fun and modern and clean.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
Nothing.
