LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

MANSIONS-ONLINE is a suburban real estate listings site, with an emphasis on summer residences, small cottages and row-house developments.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

MANSIONS-ONLINE needs a logo, for inspiration you can see in the

attached file. No need to follow it slavishly, you can expend and

mutate the style as you think best. Important is that the logo should

integrate smoothly and organically into a narrow header of the

website, on the left -- as is the de facto Web .0 standard. The

typography of the MANSIONS-ONLINE name should be rather plain -- it

is not a important element.

Please show a shiny web 2.0 version AND flatter, simpler version

suitable for print. Important are that clean, strong greens, blues

and golds -- the emphasis is on natural setting. Think sky and a

brook, wheat fields and grass.

IMPORTANT:

I VALUE EVERYONES TIME AND WILL GRADE WORK AS SOON AS I CAN SEE IT.

If you get a three stars or less, no need to devote more time to this

project, those with the 4 stars and 5 - I will do my best to help you

with detailed feedback.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

Nice, clean, natural GREEN, BLUE and GOLD must be clearly present. A little house should not be styled like a standard american split-level or a ranch-style modernist villa -- think 2-3 story McMansion with columns, or a log cabin, or a simple A-frame village home.
