LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
Parker Hilltop apartments is a 458 unit rental apartment community located in Parker, CO. Parker is located in the suburbs approx. 20 miles south of Denver. The property was built in the late 1990s. We are currently undergoing a repositioning of the property, which will include a new logo, signage, website, marketing materials, model, clubhouse refurbish, new exterior paint.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We need an updated logo that appeals to the target demographic. The logo will be used in all marketing materials (website, leasing brochure, print ads, stationary, etc.). The ultimate goal is to build an emotional connection with our prospective renters and to create a customer experience. We need a cohesive message throughout all of our marketing, starting with the moment you visit the website to when you walk into the community. The logo is the first step to re-branding the community. Please visit the property website at www.parkerhilltopapartemnts.com to view the new three bedroom model and the new exterior paint colors. This will also give you an idea of what the buildings and units look like.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Young singles between 21-25 renting their first apartment and working in retail; singles between 25-35 and professionals age 30+ working in the nearby Business Tech Center. Please see attached for additional demographic information. Its important to keep in mind that Parker has a small town feel with more open space and less dense housing than Denver. We like to describe it as suburban urban, as it has a great walkability score (www.walkscore.com) with restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
The interior clubhouse design is currently very traditional. We will be re-merchandising the clubhouse this summer to complement the interior design of the model thats shown on the website, which is FAR from traditional. In an effort to create a customer experience, part of the re-merchandising will follow the trends in the hospitality/hotel industry. It will not be a W hotel type feel, but we definitely want to move away from the traditional leasing center to more of a relaxed, open and exciting entry. Think W hotel feel, but for a more suburban setting.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
Feel free to use just the letters PH in the logo or the full name Parker Hilltop. It is not necessary to use the word apartment homes or apartments in the logo, unless you think it works better!
