About Your Company
Substance misuse contributes to 638,000 yearly deaths in the U.S., including almost 200 overdoses daily. We have created an online substance use assessment that asks the right questions to provide an accurate and detailed report based on extensive algorithms, so that healthcare providers can help prevent or treat this disease effectively. This is the most comprehensive substance use assessment available today. It integrates diagnostics, lifelong risk and resilience factors, plus denial, motivation and readiness for treatment. The assessment is taken by patients, but the target audiences are healthcare providers (including substance treatment programs, primary care doctors, emergency rooms), criminal justice, the VA system, and the military. The innovators: Calvin is a family therapist, nurse, and healer. His work as a recovery coach, program director, and clinical researcher are forging an evidence-based path that integrates what we already know about SUD as a chronic, risk-stratified, illness into a new online SUD assessment and treatment paradigm. Joyce is an Occupational Therapist and healer. She works with all ages including developmental delays and pain managment and is the COO.

sophisticated clinical, expert, but with a warmth and hope imbedded in it. Healthcare technology framed in a softer way
Compris is the French word for "understood" or "inclusive". The "s" in Compris is silent. We've included "comprehensive" in the tagline which may be enough to inform the reader that it is silent. If you think otherwise, please show us how to communicate it (minimally) in the logo. We don't know if the tagline's first letters need to be capitalized or not, or what type of punctuation would work best. We will leave that up to the designer. SUD must be capitalized.
