LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
happEtenant is a property management tool aimed at the Small and medium
sized residential real estate managers.
It is a tool that allows landlords to communicate with their tenants through
a unique portal. It is an online communication tool between tenant and
landlord.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
I need an awesome logo for happEtenant. I have no colors or anything
specific in mind, as I leave that to the wonderful designers. I want the
letter "E" to represent that is ONLINE, but I want it to read "Happy
Tenant." I kind of like the lowercase h, designed up E, and lowercase T, but
I have 0 design skills and leave it up to you, the creatives. I need the
name in the logo and some sort of graphic.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
1. A landlord or property manager of any size. Be it, a doctor who is
renting 1 house as a side business to a small town property management
company that has 30 units and 60 tenants under management to the managers of
large residential buildings in major cities. The managers/landlords will be
the ones paying for the service.
2. The tenants themselves.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
the name HappETenant... or happEtenant... or HappEtenant.... The E must
refer to online and it still must read as "Happy Tenant."
